Maintenance ended

Tonight we will briefly take Redis offline to raise memory capacity (8 GB → 16 GB).

What to expect:
• Live ingest and broadcast pause for about 5–8 minutes while Redis is down (save + recreate + RDB load). Nothing is lost beyond possible duplicates; discovery catches up afterward.
• API and search may be slow, error, or hang for that same window because request middleware is Redis-backed. Once Redis answers LOADING, failures are fast.
• Full run including pre-flight and verification: about 25–40 minutes. Only the Redis-down slice affects the public path.
